Sustainability Audit Platform

Evidence-based environmental audits for institutions, campuses and schools

CEMPD conducts structured water, energy, oxygen/green-cover and 4R/4RRR sustainability audits — from enquiry through data collection, assessment, recommendations and follow-up. Every assessment is reviewed by authorised CEMPD personnel before release.

CEMPD audits are professional assessments — not legally certified audits unless reviewed and approved by authorised CEMPD personnel.

Our audits

Four sustainability audits, one clear workflow

Each audit captures structured site data, generates a tailored assessment, and ends with reviewed recommendations and an action plan.

  • Water Audit

Water balance, consumption mapping and conservation recommendations for institutions, campuses and schools.

    What we capture

    • Water sources
    • Consumption & users
    • Daily / monthly usage
    • Rainwater harvesting
    • Leakage
    • Reuse & wastewater
    • Storage
    • Fixtures
    • Conservation opportunities

Generates: An assessment summary with prioritised conservation recommendations.

  • Energy Audit

Energy use assessment, efficiency opportunities and renewable potential for buildings and schools.

    What we capture

    • Electricity source
    • Monthly consumption
    • Equipment
    • Lighting
    • Cooling
    • Renewable energy
    • Operating hours
    • Energy-saving practices

Generates: Recommendations and estimated savings, calculated only from the data you supply.

  • Oxygen / Green Cover Audit

Tree canopy and green-cover mapping with ecological benefit estimates for neighbourhoods and institutions.

    What we capture

    • Campus / site area
    • Tree count
    • Vegetation & canopy
    • Green areas
    • Plant diversity
    • Open space
    • Biodiversity indicators
    • Plantation opportunities

Generates: A green-cover improvement plan with plantation and biodiversity recommendations.

The "Oxygen / Green Cover Audit" is a CEMPD green-cover and ecosystem assessment concept. It estimates canopy, vegetation and green-area cover and their ecological benefits. It must not be presented as a scientific measurement of atmospheric oxygen unless directly measured with calibrated instruments.

  • 4R / 4RRR Sustainability Audit

Reduce, Reuse, Reproduce/Repurpose and Recycle audit of waste and resource flows with a circular action plan.

    What we capture

    • Waste streams
    • Reduce opportunities
    • Reuse opportunities
    • Reproduce / Repurpose opportunities
    • Recycle streams
    • Resource recovery
    • Circular action plan

Generates: A circular-economy action plan using the CEMPD 4R/4RRR framework.

The exact terminology and methodology of the 4R/4RRR framework is defined by CEMPD administrators before publication.

The process

From enquiry to certification

A transparent, nine-stage workflow. Certification is issued only where eligible and after CEMPD review — never automatically.

  1. 1

    Enquiry

You submit a request telling us about your site and the audit you need.

  2. 2

    Site / application form

CEMPD confirms scope and shares a structured data-collection form.

  3. 3

    Data collection

Site data is gathered — by you, with our guidance, or during a site visit.

  4. 4

    Assessment

Our team analyses the data and prepares a draft assessment.

  5. 5

    Review

Findings are reviewed by authorised CEMPD personnel before release.

  6. 6

    Recommendations

    You receive prioritised, practical recommendations.

  7. 7

    Action plan

A time-bound action plan is agreed for implementation.

  8. 8

    Follow-up

We follow up on progress and support implementation.

  9. 9

    Certification

Where eligible, a CEMPD sustainability certificate is issued after review.
