The terms and expectations for volunteering with CEMPD.
Volunteering with CEMPD is a voluntary, non-remunerated engagement that supports environmental and community programmes.
Expectations
- Volunteers act in line with CEMPD’s mission, safeguarding standards and code of conduct.
- Field engagements are undertaken with appropriate consent, safety awareness and respect for communities.
- Volunteers do not represent CEMPD externally without authorisation.
Data and consent
Volunteer application data is processed in line with our privacy policy, with your consent, and used only to coordinate volunteering.
Assignment
Volunteers are assigned to campaigns or projects by CEMPD staff based on skills, interests and programme needs. CEMPD may conclude a volunteer engagement where standards are not met.
